Yes, we have on-site maintenance and 24/7 emergency maintenance.

If you have an issue with an item in your unit please submit a maintenance request through your resident portal.

You will be contacted within 48 hours from the time the work order is submitted

No, you can give PTE (permission to enter) through your work order request.

If you are locked out please call the office or emergency maintenance to resolve the issue.

Yes, we allow decorations during holidays as long as the integrity of the unit stays intact.

We use a third-party pet screening service to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property’s pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. All applicants should complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile. $25 per pet/per year. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee, a $250 refundable pet deposit, and $35/monthly pet rent per pet.

We do not have a weight limit, we have the standard aggressive breed restriction.

Washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave are all standard appliances in the units.

Yes our shortest lease term is six months

We offer a 24 hour fitness center

Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. There is a refundable deposit of $250 to rent the clubhouse


It does not cost to tour our apartments.

We recommend making an appointment so you don't have to wait but we do take walk-ins as well!

We are currently working with Flex, otherwise rent is due monthly on the first through the resident portal

You can pay rent online through the residential portal found on our property website

Besides rent residents will pay for optional parking, water and sewer, amenity fee, pet charges and electric/ cable is billed directly to the resident.

Renters insurance is included in our amenity fee.

Water and sewer is billed with your rent.

Electric is through APS and setup up through phone or online.

Yes, if you refer a friend and they lease with us you get a $500 rent credit. Contact the leasing office for details and restrictions.

Two guests permitted per resident.

No there is no price reduction for longer lease terms. Monthly charges are due and only accepted on the first of the month

No, subleasing is not permitted. All occupants must sign and be on the lease as well as have screening run by the office staff

There is a lease break fee of one and a half times the residents rental rate at the time of notice. The resident is also in charge of rental charges 30 days from the date of notice.
