It does not cost to tour our apartments. We offer in-person, self-guided, and virtual tours.

We recommend making an appointment so you don't have to wait but we do take walk-ins as well!

The management team is onsite so you can access them easily.

You can pay rent online through the residential portal found on our property website.

Utilities are billed separately but paid with rent including water, sewer & trash. Electric is separate.

The only utility needed to be set up is electric through APS.

Yes, if you refer a friend and they lease with us you get a $500 rent credit. Contact the leasing office for details and restrictions.

2 guests per home at a time. Max stay of 10 days per the lease agreement.

Rent price stays the same regardless unless you rent a short term lease.

No sublets are permitted per the lease agreement.

A penalty fee of one full month of rent plus a 30-day notice


We have several amenities in and outside the apartment units; including a fitness room, a pool, and a clubhouse. Check out our amenities page to see the full list!

The pool and deck areas will be open daily until 10:00 pm.

Garages, covered parking, and uncovered parking spaces are available. Please inquire at the leasing office for details.

Each unit comes with a washer and dryer.

We love pets! Check out our pet policy for more information regarding pet limits, restrictions, and fees

Yes, we have a bark park for your four-legged friends.

Washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave are all standard appliances in the units.

We do not offer furnished apartments at this time. Furniture rental packages are available through our partnership with CORT.

6-9 month lease $300 premium

We do not offer corporate leases at this time.

For your convenience, you have 24-hour access to your packages through our parcel pending locker system. 

Community quiet hours will be 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.


The main entrance to our community is located off of Estrella Parkway.

The cross streets are Estrella Parkway and West Lower Buckeye Parkway.


Our apartments are adjacent to the Goodyear Ballpark and near the Goodyear Recreation Campus.

Avondale Elementary and Aqua Fria High School District 

Roscoe Dog Park is the nearest dog park. 

Yes, there are bike trails located at nearby Estrella Mountain Regional Park.

Your apartment will be walked through by maintenance & the leasing team to make sure our standards are met and units are clean.

Yes, we have on-site maintenance and 24/7 emergency maintenance.

If you have an issue with an item in your unit please submit a maintenance request through your residential portal(link to portal).

Our service team will address service requests within 48 hours from the time the request is submitted.

No, you can give PTE (permission to enter) through your work order request.

If you are locked out please call the office or emergency maintenance to resolve the issue.

We invite you to decorate your home, however, painting and anything causing damage to the home is prohibited.
